30 Day Return Policy
Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction with your jewelry purchase. We will return or exchange your item for free as our commitment to you within 30 days of purchase subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy is followed.
Except as provided below, you have 30 days from the date your item ships to initiate the return of your purchase.
1. Custom orders like engraved jewelry or special custom orders are considered Final Sale and returns are not accepted.
2. DeborahJBirdoesDesigns.com reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
To Start a Return
All returned items must be returned as they were shipped which includes the original packaging and proof of purchase. Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse. If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will not process your return or exchange.
If eligible for return, your refund will be credited using the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded.
Return Status Updates
Please allow an estimated 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. This wait time will start on the first Thursday after your return has been received (We process returns on Thursday of each week).
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your return and any related refund.
