How It Works

  • Your Security Code is your key. No account or password is needed.

  • Anyone with the Security Code can view or add to your Memory Space until locked.

  • Share your code only with people you trust.

  • Add memories over time. Lock your Memory Space only when completely finished.


Upload Guidelines

  • 1 GB total storage

  • 50 MB maximum per file

  • Up to 5 files per upload

  • Photos, videos, audio, and documents share the same 1 GB.


Example: About 100 photos, 5–8 short videos, 15–25 audio recordings, and 20–30 documents. Actual amounts vary by file size and type.


Protect Your Privacy
Do not upload sensitive personal or financial information such as Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, passports, birth certificates, credit cards, bank information, passwords, or PINs.


Before You Lock Your Memory Space

  • ✓ Make sure everything you want is uploaded.

  • ✓ Open your files and make sure they work.

  • ✓ Lock only when you are completely finished.

  • IMPORTANT — LOCKING IS PERMANENT


Once locked, files cannot be added, removed, or replaced. Your Memory Space becomes read-only.
